Stories that gained colour

Each brushstroke carries a story, and these are some of the memories I’ve had the privilege of transforming into art.

“Absolutely beautiful! Thank you for sharing and for capturing one of the most beautiful days of our lives in such a delicate and special way!”

— Erick M.

“My sister loved the drawing, she was enchanted by the details. She said she will cherish it because it’s the only reminder she’ll have of our father on her wedding day.

— Maynara P.

“I’m absolutely in love with everything. Such care and thoughtfulness in the delivery — Du even felt bad about opening the envelope and ruining the wax seal. We’re absolutely in love!”

— Renata T.

“How beautiful, how delicate, how thoughtful! It truly reflects our company! The watercolour is stunning, and of course, we’ll be framing it. Thank you, thank you, thank you!”

— Juliana M.

Marina Assis

I am a Brazilian artist, passionate about transforming stories and emotions into art through watercolours.

Watercolour reminds me every day that both art and life are a balance between control and letting go. With its lightness and unpredictability, it is my main companion in self-expression.

Before diving in...

Here are the answers to the most common questions about how the commission process works.

If you have any doubts or want to better understand each step, here are all the details to ensure your experience is as smooth and special as possible.

I accept commissions for portraits, featuring one or more people/animals, architecture such as houses, churches, or businesses, and personalised greeting cards.

To place an order, simply fill out the form where you’ll provide details of your project. After that, I’ll contact you to align the next steps.

It depends on the complexity of the work, but on average, it takes about 10 working days. This timeframe may vary depending on my schedule, and I’ll provide a confirmed estimate before moving forward with your order.

Yes, I share stages of the artwork with you to ensure the result aligns with your expectations.

Framing is not included in the service. However, I can advise you on the ideal type of frame to preserve your artwork.

I accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and deposit.

I ship anywhere in the world from London.

The shipping cost is calculated based on the delivery address (from London), and it will be provided at the time of purchase.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery of your order.

To ensure the durability of the artwork, I recommend having them framed with glass, preferably with a mount, and keeping them away from direct sunlight and humidity.
